.This letter refers to-the routine inspection conducted by Mr. Winters of-
this office on October 16-20, 1989 at the Haddam Neck Plant in Haddam,
Connecticut. Mr. Winters discussed the results of the inspection with
Mr. Miller of your staff at the conclusion.
This inspection was directed at activities related to inservice inspection,
and steam generator eddy current testing. Areas examined are described in
the. NRC Region I Report which is enclosed with this ' letter. Within these
areas, selected examinations and observations were me.dc'by the inspector of
procedures and representative records.
