This revision results from an organizational structural-change-made to increase plan effectiveness and efficiency..It is our evaluation-that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plant for Indian Point Units No. 1 and 2.
In accordance with 10 CFR Sections 2.790 (d) and 73.21, correspondence and reports to ~and from the NRC which identify a -licensee's control and accounting procedures for safeguarding licensed special nuclear materials or detailed security measures for the physical protection of a licensed facility are exempt from disclosure.
