submittal pertaining to the use of the polar crane (PC) auxiliary hook over the incore instrunent seal table. As stated in the enclosed Safety Evaluation issued by the staff, we conclude that the proposed activities can be accom>11shed without significant risk to the health and safety of the public provided t1at they are.in accordance with the limitations stated in your submittal.
