This acknowledges the receipt of your letter, dated June 10, 1988, by which you transmitted Revision 6 to the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Force Training and Qualification Plan.(PGE 1024), dated April 1988. We have determined that portions of these plan changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable. However, as indicated in the enclosure.
certain other portions decrease plan effectiveness and are therefore inconsistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, you are to follow your previously approved plan in regard to these items. Resubmit corrected plan pages as necessary to maintain plan continuity.
Elements of Revision 6 in the enclosure hereto, which were found unacceptable, were discussed with representatives of the Security Department on November 8 and 9, 1989.
l Should you want to pursue changing the Trojan Training and Qualification Plan with respect to the changes set forth in the enclosure, you should resubmit under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90.
The enclosure to this letter contains safeguards Infomation which is required to be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified i
