Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Company Docket No.50-010 Docket No. 50-237 Docket No. 50-249 Based on the inspection conducted on July 7 - August 1, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC require-ments, as noted below. This item is a deficiency.
10 CFR 55, Appendix A, requires each licensed operator and senior opera-tor to be cognizant of facility design changes, procedure changes, and facility license changes. The licensee's procedure DPP-J, " Licensed Operator Continuing Training" requires, as part of the on-the-job train-ing, each licensed operator to complete the licensed operator required reading, scheduled by the training supervisor, on a weekly basis and containing changes in design and applicable procedure changes.
Contrary to the above, the inspector determined that between January 1980 and July 1980, ten licensed operators had not completed their required reading.
