In your letter of August 4, 1980, which contained the results of your review of the North Anna Emergency Plan, you requested that the Plan be revised to address the coments within 45 days of receipt (August 11, 1980) of the letter.
Due to the scope of the revision and internal review required we are unable to respond by September 25, 1980 and we hereby request an extension of thirty days as discussed with your Mr. David Rohrer today.
