This does not constitute a renewal of this license.
The license remains under timely renewal pursuant to subparagraph 70.33(b) of 10, CFR Part 70, pending completion of the environmental review required by subparagraph 51.5(b) of 10 CFR Part 51.
Completion of this environmental review may result in additional license conditions, license modifications and other requirements.
The Materials and Plant Protection Amendment issued pursuant to 10 CFR Parts 70 and 73 and the Certificates of Compliance issued pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71 are not affected by this licensing action and remain in effect.
You are hereby advised that any requests for amendment to this license should be submitted in the form of replacement pages to the Conditions Section and if necessary to the Safety Demonstration Section with the changed or new items clearly identified.
