Dear Mr. Widner:
By your letter dated March 3,1975 as supplemented by letters dated May 8,1975 and October 27, 1976 you requested a change to the Tech-nical Specifications for Hatch Nuclear Plant, Unit No.1.
The change involves a revision to the flow-biased APRM Rod Block and Scram Curves.
By our letter dated April 5,1977 we indicated that your submittals required additional information for us to complete our review.
In our corresponder.:e we delineated the specific information that.was
- required.
We did not set forth a date for you to provide the requested infor-mation since, in our opinion, the requested amendment was for your con-venience.
Since we have not received a response to cur request of April 5,1977, we consider that it is not your intent to provide the requested infor-mation in the near future. This has been discussed and confirmed between members of our staffs and they agree with the indicated situa-tion. Accordingly, unless we are advised to the contrary and provided with a schedule for submission of additional information requested on April 5, 1977, we consider that your application dated March 3, 1975 is withdrawn.
