SE;UOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - DESIGN CRITERIA FOR SECONDARY SIDE PIPE BREAKS - NCR SQN CEB 8012 - SEC0flD INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-OIE Inspector D. W. Wri6ht on May 16, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).

A first interim report was submitted on June 11, 1980.

TVA has completed the analysis of pipe rupture interaction and is evaluating the results to determine what specific corrective action is required. Protective devices will be added or piping will be rerouted as required.
