SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 EVALUATION OF SE'! SING LINE CONNECTIONS TO PROCESS PIPING 10CFR50.55 (e)

NCR NO. SQN SWP 8010 TIRST INTERIM REPORT Description of Deficiency During a rigorous analysis of several safety-related piping systems, it was found that all the sensing lines taken off of 2-1/2-inch or under process lines were not included in the process line analysis.

This was mainly due to the fact that the sensing lines were assumed to be tubing lines 6 when they were actually piping lines.

Interim Progress TVA is currently reanalyzing the affected process piping. We expect to complete the reanalysis of unit 2 by the end of September.
