Dear Mr. Pilant:
Amendment No. 56 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-46 for the Cooper Nuclear Station added licensing conditions relating to the completion of facility modifications for fire protection. We understand that those modifications have now been completed.
Please propose Technical Specifications related to those modifications. A copy of Standard Technical Specifications containing the technical elements we believe that such Technical Specifications should contain is enclosed for your guidance.
You may, of course, wish to make changes in format and nomenclature appropriate to the Cooper Nuclear Station. A copy of thesa Standard Technical Specifications was provided Mr. Jeff Weaver of V/D t the August 7,1980 meeting at Cooper Nuclear Station.
Please provide your proposed Technical Specifications as soon as possible, but no later than 30 day: from the receipt of this letter.
