O This report provides infomation relating to radioactive effluent releases and solid radioactive vaste disposal operations of the Big Rock Point Plant during the period of January through. June 1980 in the fomat contained in plant Technical Specification 6.9.3.

Batch Releases Infomatica relating to batch and centinucus releases of liquid and gaseous effluents is provided in Table 1.

Abnomal Releases No abnor=al releases of radioactive effluents to the environment occurred during the period.

Gaseous Effluents Table 2a presents a su= mary of all gasecus radioactive effluents released during the period. Release totals for each radionuclide detemined to be present in gaseous effluents are centained in Table 2b.

Gasecus releases of I-133 and I-135 vere deter =ined frc= the ratics of =enthly short-lived halogen analyses to the weekly I-131 analyses. The =axfm:m noble gas re-lease rate was 1.6hE+03 uCi/second.

Licuid Effluents Table 3a presents a sr-=rf of all liquid radioactive effluents released during the period. Release totals for each radienuclide determined to be present in liquid effluents are centained in Table 3b.

The =ax1=um een-l centration was 9.81E-07 pCi/=1.

Sc11d '4aste Table h presents a s'-aw/ of radioactive vaste shipped offsite for burial during the period. Total volu=e of solid vaste shipped offsite during the first six senths of 1980 was approxi=ately 170 cubic feet. Shipment dates were May 28, 1980 and May 30, 1960.
