Dear Mr. Novak:
Referencing your letter of June 24, 1980, requesting Florida Power Corporation to provide a revised site emergency plan within two months, the following response is provided.
Since only minimal areas of emergency planning objectives could be addressed in this time period, due to the interface required with the State of Florida's emergency planning effort, it would not be

appropriate to make a subimittal at this time. The First Draft of the State of Florida's " Radiological Emergency Plan for Fixed Nuclear Facilities" will be available for Florida Power Corpora-tion's review in,mid-September 1980.
Florida Power Corporation intends to review and evaluate the impact of the Final rule,
" Emergency Planning", NUREG-0696, " Functional Criteria for Emer-gency Response Facilities", and Revision 1 to NUREG-0654; CEMA-REP-1, " Criteria for Preparation and Evaluation of Radiological Emergency Response Plans and Preparedness in Support of Nuclear Power Plants", regarding any futura revisions to the site emergen-cy plan for Crystal River Unit 3.
F Florida Power Corporation does intend to address the Staff's con-cerns pertaining to the site emergency plan for Crystal River Unit 3.
