The licensee shall obtain all information from the foreign exporter b.

necessary to complete the shipper's portion of form NRC-741, " Nuclear N

Material Transactions Report." If the licensee is the receiver of the material, he shall record both the shipper's and receiver's information g=

on the Form NRC-741 and transmit pursuant to Section 70.54 of 10 CFR i 4-Part 70.

If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall provide the shipper's information to the receiver of the material for 2:.:'
