The above reports have been designated proprietary by Westinghouse. The material within those reports is customarily held in confidence by Westinghouse, and the reports were given to the AEC in confidence. Under the provisions of applicable Atomic Energy Commission Regulations, including 10 CFR 2.744, the reports are not subject to disclosure and an objection to such disclosure should be entered by the Director of Regulation at the appropriate time.
In the event, that notwithstanding the above, the Director of Regulation plans to authorize production of the reports or the ASLB plans to con-sider the issuance ef an order requiring such prodttction, Westinghouse hereby formally requests reasonable advance notice of such proposed action and the opportunity to be heard in connection with this matter.
Please address such notice to the undersigned with copies to Messrs.
