ORDER The Saginaw Group (Saginaw), intervenors in this pro-
~
ceeding, have filed a " Motion to Compel Answers to Interroga-tories," directed to answers given by the Regulatory Staff (Staff) in response to Saginaw's first set of interrogatories, dated April 22, 1974, directed to the answers of Consumers Power Company (Consumers) in response to a similar set of interrogatories, filed by Saginaw on April 22, 1974, and finally, directed to the answers of Bechtel Power Corporation (Bechtel) in response to similar interrogatories propounded by Saginaw on April,22, 1974.
Saginaw contends that the answers given by the Staff, Consumers and Bechtel are vague, unintelligible, unresponsive and/or incomplete.
Accordingly, Saginaw requests the Board to issue an order compelling those parties to answer various interrogatories falling within the foregoing category.
More specifically, Saginaw asks the Board to compel the Staff to answer Interrogatory Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 16, 17, 18, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29 and 30 propounded to it, and to compel Consumers to answer Interrogatory Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 16, 17, 21 and 22 8007250 ]$ [

-2' propounded to it.
Finally, Saginaw requests the Board to require Bechtel to answer Interrogatory Nos. ~7,10f,10g,12b and 12c propounded to it.
Consumers, the Staff and Bechtel have each filed answers to Saginaw's motion.
Upon review of the motion and the answers thereto, the Board finds no reason to enter an order compelling answers to the interrogatories put to them, as re-quested by Saginaw.
During the course of the evidentiary pro-ceedings which will commence herein on July 16, the parties to the proceeding may inquire into and test any answers fur-nished by any parties to whom interrogatories have been pro-pounded.
