On March 3,1978 the Nuclear Regulatory Comission sent you the " Tendered" Environmental Report, Volumes 1 - 3, Operating License Stage, for the Midland Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2.
At that time we advised you that a "Fomal Application
- Environmental Report would be submitted in about 30 or 40 days.
On April 12, 1978, Consumers Power Company submitted its " Formal Application" Environmental Report which was docketed on April 14, 1978 of the following:
