Dear Mr. Pribila:
Thank you for your letter of March 1, 1977 regarding up-dating Intervenors' interrogatories.
I do wish our interrogatories updated and notwithstanding your filing of responses to the Regulatory Staff.
Your responses to the Regulatory Staff are quite narrow in scope and do not for-mally set forth what you told me on the telephone, i.e.,
that EPA has commented adversely on Dow's plan submitted to the State agency.
Also, I understand that EPA has insisted on a solution which is within Dow's control.
Since the nuclear power plant
" solution" is not within Dow's control, I would like this material updated and confirmed in your formal answers.
Please also provide me with the formal bound report from l
Black & Veatch which was submitted to the Regulatory Staff in l
Chicago and which is referred to on page 12 of your February 28, 1977 Answers to the Staff Interrogatories.
You may send this copy directly to Dr. Timm instead of to me.
