In order to facilitate our analysis of any supplemental redirect or rebuttal testimony which Consumers or the Regulatory Staff may file on February 28, 1977, I hereby request that in addition to serving me and the others on the service list with such testimony, that a complete and identical copy of that which is filed (including supporting reasons for filing, if any) be served on Dr. Richard Timm at the following address:

Salem, Oregon 97304 Only if Dr. Timm is served promptly will I be in a position to analyze the testimony. Since backup material must be filed with the testimony, I also would request that a complete set of that be served on Dr. Timm as well.

t This request is of the utmost importance since I will be out of Chicago and unavailable from approximately February 27 through March 8, and will not be able to review the testimony in complete detail, but the service upon Dr. Timm as well as myself will facilitate my communications.
