Dear Mr. Cherry:
In a telephone conversation on February 19, 1977 you requested, and I agreed, that Dow would supplement its answers to certain of Intervenors' interregatories which are concerned with Dow's relations with the Environmental Protection Agency and the Michigan Air Pollution Control Corrtatssion.
Interrogatory 1(k) of the NRC Staff requests similar information and since the answer to this interrogatory was filed subsequent to our con-versation, I believe you currently have the additional informa-tion you were seeking.
Please review this response and advise if you ***ll feel a formal response to supplement Intervenors' ir..arogatories is necessary.
