MW cn October 6, 8 and 11, respectively, filed proprietary topical reports EAW-10030, BAW-LOO 31 and LAW-LOO 33 because emterial previously described as being included in a report nu:::bered BAW-10032 is not necessary nor being used in the precent analy-sis of the emergency core ecoling system, no such report has been filed.
I enclose herewith a copy of BAW-10034 which con-tains multinode analysis of BAW 2568 MWt nuclear plants during loss of coolant accident.
My letters of October 5 and October 6 requested that you indicate by your signatures and those of your technient experts that you vculd' accept B&W proprietary recorts sub,)ect to the protective order dated June 14, 15T(1 entered in this proceeding.
I have received no replies from you regarding the previous lettern, copics of which are attached hereto, and have therefore not forwarded to you copies of the proprietary reports which I previously offered.
