Enclosed is a copy of a letter dated May 4, 1971, from the Director of the AEC's Division of Reactor Licensing to Consumers Power Company, transmitting comments of the United States Department of the Interior on the AEC draft environmental statement for the Midland Plant. Units 1 and 2.
