Your letter of May 4, 1971, to Mr. Arthur Murphy transmitting an inquiry from Mr. Lynn S. Castner concerning a request by Mr. Steve J. Gadler has been referred to me.
Mr. Gadler has petitioned to make a limited appearance before tho
- Atomic Safety and Licensing Board now considering the ap-plicati'an of the Consumers Power Company to construct a nuclear oower plant (Dockets No. 50-329 and 50-330).
I am enclosing for your information a copy of a letter sont to Mr. Castner by Mr. Murphy with respect to this mattor.
Since this is a pending quasi-judicial matter, I am having your letter along with a copy of my reply placed in the Atomic Enargy Commission's Public Document Room and I am requestir.g that our correspondence be made availabic to the parties in this proceeding.
