Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 91 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.59 and 10 CFR 50.90, Jersey Central Power
& Light Conpany, owner and operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests changes to Appendix A and 8 of that license.
This Technical Specification Change revises section 6 of Appendix A and section 5 of Appendix B to define the new management organization for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, and rep 8 aces entirely, our Technical Specification Change Request No. 85 submitted on May 2,1980 and revision 1 to Technical Specification Change Request No. 85 submitted on May 12, 1980.
This Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed and approved by the Station Manager, the Plant Operations Review Committee, and en Independent Saf ety Review Group in accordance with section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
We have determined that this submittal is Class ll per 10 CFR 107.22 and have enclosed a check for $1200 pursuant to that section.
