M CONDITIONS 1.
The licensee shall obtain all information from the foreign exporter E
necessary to complete the shipper's portion of Form NRC-741, " clear y
i Material Transactions Report."
If the licensee is the receiver of the l
3 material, he shall record both the shipper's and receiver's information 4
on the Fom NRC-741 and transmit pursuant to Section 70.54 of 10 CFR y
Part 70.
If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall provide the shipper's information to the receiver of the material for inclusion on the receiver's Form NRC-741.

The licensee shall notify the appropriate regional Safeguards Branch, 4
Office of Inspection and Enforcement, imediately, by telephone or telegram, if entry of any import shipment authorized by this license j(
is refused by the U.S. Customs Service.

Each time material is imported, the licensee shall show the. original of I
d the license to U.S. Customs as authority for the import.
