Dear Mr. Smith:
A survey team from EG&G Idaho, an NRC Contractor, visited your plant, Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station, from April 4,1978 to April 7,1978 to compile data on the operating experience of the plant augmented off-gas (A0G) treatment system. Your plant was one of five operating BWR's which were surveyed.
Enclosed is a copy of the final report on the data collected during these five trips. This report is being sent to you for your comments before it is published by the NRC as a NUREG document.
Please provide any comments you may have within 90 days of the receipt of this letter.
