Dear Sir:
In accc,rdance with the Trojan Plant Operating License, Appendix B, US NRC Environmental Technical Specifications, Paragraphs 2.2.1.3 and 2.2.4.3, attached is a report concerning a situation where the plant service water effluent pH and chlorine exceeded the Tcchnical Specification limits for approximately eleven minutes.
An immediate report has already been made regarding this event (letter CPY-617-80 to R. H. Engelken, dated July 9, 1980).
