Item I.C.6, Procedures for Verification of Correct Performance of Operating Activities.
We will review and revise, as necessary, procedures for verifying the correct performance of operating activities.

Item II.K.3.C.3.2, B & O Task Force Final Recommendation.
We will submit a report documenting the various actions that have been taken to decrease the probability of a small-break LOCA caused by a stuck-open FORV and how, these actions have constituted a significant improvement in safety.
C.
Item II.K.3.C.3.5, B & O Task Force Final Recommendation.
We will submit an evaluation of alternative meant of meeting the requirements of 10 CFR 50.46 other than by tripping the reactor coolant pumps following a small-break LOCA.
