Our initial review of the safeguards contingency plan dated March 22, 1979 submitted by the Texas Utilities Generating Company for the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Station has indicated the need for revisions and additional information. Enclosed is a statement on staff positions to which we require revisions to your safeguards contingency plan to complete our evaluation of your application for operating licenses for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station.
