(717)787-2480 June 24,1980 Mr. John Collins The Nuclear Regulatory Commission P. O. Box 311 Middletown, Pennsylvania 17057

Dear John:

9 This is to verify our conversation of last week concerning the disposal of the water in the sampling wells, The water, following sampling for analysis may be placed in the storm water drainage system which discharges into the drainage pond on site, It is our understanding that if any sa@le analysis reveals higher than normal radioactivity levels, some remedial action will be taken.

l Sincerely yours, l
