Dear Mr. Cherry:

This is in reply to your letter of March 8, 1971, to all counsel of record.

Without rejecting the possibility of a meeting among counsel at some later time, it appears to us that for the immediate future such a large meeting is not likely to be fruitful.

The documents which we produced at the Midland hearings are now located in the Consumers headquarters at Jackson, Michi-gan. I suggest that you go to Jackson at a time convenient to Consumers and yourself and review with Consumers Power personnel the documents which Consumers has in its possession.

You may also examine any relevant or material documents at the same time.

I would suggest that you telephone Jack Restrick, Esq., who, together with Richard G. Smith, Esq., and Mr. William Kessler, Consumers project manager for the Midland plant, will be happy to meet with you and to review with you in detail the i documents which are available and to discuss with you such-l procedures for duplication of the documents as are reasonably necessary.

Sincerely, I -
