In accordance with Condition 4 of I'emorandun and Order AIAB-106 dated March 26, 1973 and Amendment I!o 1 to the Midland Plant construction permits, there are submitted herewith two (2) copies of the nonconformance report for the month of' July 1973 3 This report consists of copies of Ilonconformance Reperts (NCR), '

and Quality Assurance Audit Findings (QAF), with cocering summary V
sheets. The IiCR and QAF identify discrepancies and suggested cor-rective action. Also, there is attached to.cach UCR and Q/2 a statement describing the current status of the discrepancy covered by the report. The resolutions and sign-offs on the IICR and QAF discrepancies will ultimately be disclosed on the forms themselves, and the completed forms will be included in future reports.
It will be cur practice to submit the monthly ITonconform-ance Report required by AIAB-106 by the 25th day of the month follow-ing the nonth of the report. This schedule allcus for management review by both Er'chtel and Consumers Power.
