The report consists of copies of Bechtel Nonconformance Reports, all sheets from the Bechtel Noncon-formance Report Log representing nonconformances open during the month, Bechtel Quality Audit Findings, Bechtel Quality Action Requests, Bechtel Management Cor-rective Action Reports, and Consumers Power Company Nonconformance Reports written or closed during the month.
