DOCKET NOS 50-329, 50-330 OPERATING LICENSE APPLICATION - AMENDMENT 33 FILE:

4495 Consumers Power Company's letter of August 29, 1977 tendered the application for operating licenses for the Midland Plants Units 1 and 2 filed as Amendment 33 to the Company's application for construction permits and operating licenses.
Mr Rot;er S Boyd's letter of November 11, 1977 stated that the tendered applica-tion was acceptable for docketing and requested the submittal of additional copies as required by the Coc: mission's regulations. Accordin81y, there are enclosed herewith fifteen (15) copiee of the information pursuant to Sections 50 33 and 50 37 of 10 CFR Part 50 (General Information) together with forty (40) copies of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). The three signed originals required were submitted with our August 29, 1977 letter.
In addition, there are enclosed three (3) copies each of the following supple-mental infonnation:
1.
Supplemental Reference Drawings (Electrical and Instrumentation Control Drawings) in accordance with Section 1.7 of Regulatory Guide 1.70, Rev 2.
2.
Supplemental Reference Drawings (Pipin6 and Instrumentation Diagrams).
3 Reference Report (Excavation Photo History) in accordance with subsection 2 5.4.3 of Regulatory Guide 1.70, Rev 2.
FSAR Rev 1, which will be submitted by November 23, 1977, vill modify the FSAR to reflect Items 1 and 2 above.
We have retained an additional ten copies of the General Infon::ation and thirty copies of the Final Safety Analysis Report as required by 10 CFR 50.30.
Direct distribution vill be made of these retained copies in accoMance with the Service List attached to Mr Boyd's November 11, 1977 letter.

Responses to the acceptance reviev questions vill be submitted within five weeks after the docketing date.
