5362 Enclosed herewith is Amendment h6 to the Company's application for construction permits and operating licenses, containing three (3) signed originals and sixty (60) copies of Revisien 10 to the Final Safety Analysis Report.
Revision 10 of the FSAR contains updated FSAR material as detailed in the appli-cation page.
The Quality Assurance Program during design and construction previously approved by Mr S A Varga's letter of August 12, 1977 is also being included in Revision 10 of the FSAR. Minor text changes have been made to reflect actual implementa-tion, such as verb tenses where the activity has already occurred and deletion of percentage of work cc=plete as it is no longer accurate.
No changes of intent have been made to the QA Program.
Proof of service upon the parties listed in the revised Service List attached to Mr S A Varga's November 30, 1977 letter as modified by Mr S A Varga's letter of April 2h, 1978 is being provided under separate cover.
