MIDLAND PROJECT DOCKET N0 50-329, 50-330 AMENDMENT h1 FILE: 0465 11 SERIAL: 5033 Enclosed herewith is Amendment kl to the Company's application for construction permits and operating licenses, containing three (3) signed originals and sixty (60) copies of Revision 7 to the Final Safety Analysis Report.

Revision 7 of the FSAR contains updated FSAR caterial as detailed in the appli-cation page.

In addition, there are enclosed three (3) copies each of revised Supplemental eference Drawings (Piping and Instrument Diagrams) furnished pursuant to dismemeo Regulatory Guide 170, Revision 2.

remserva ive (5) copies of Revision 2 of the Security Plan are also enclosed. Revision 2 y f the Security Plan updates and completes the text of the plan provided with p;;ra.y Amendment 35 in November 1977.

We again vish to call your attention to the fact that we desire your prompt review of the Security Plan because of the potential impact of the construction /operatione phase of the Security Plan on the overall project construction schedule and opera-tional dates.

Since the Security Plan contains infor=ation shich is deemed under 10CFR 2.790(d) to be "co==ercial or financial information" vithin the meaning of 10CFR 9 5(a) (4) so as to be exempt from public disclosure, we are requesting that it be withheld from public disclosure.

Proof of service upon the parties listed in the Service List attached to your November 11, 1977 letter is being provided under separate cover.
