G1adusso's letter of Septeder 13, 1974. _e_- -.:.a - We have myf ewed the mquirements established by the Septeser 13, ~C 1974 letter in light of your question mgarding the necessity for 3 further submittals and your request that you be relieved of any i requirement for further reporting. We note that Coneany earnings improved each month during 1975 and that the eaminos for the year l were double those of 1974. Internally generated sources of funds j in 1975 were 2-1/2 times the 1974 level. We further note that the Company announced, in Deceder of 1975, the resunption of a nomal ,4 j construction program and that rate mquest decisions for both ~v~ electricity and gas are expected momentarily. We conclude that them i j has been a significant inprovement in the financial condition of f. the Company as compared to 1974. t i i We also have reviewed that portion of the September 13, 1974, ~ letter relating to coverage of your quality assurance program in l the special reports.
