Your letter of March 29, 1979 provides details of a proposed modification to the reactor coolant flow sensing system at Crystal River 3.
This modification was proposed pursuant to paragraph 2.C.(7) of your license (DPR-72). We have reviewed your proposed modification and find it acceptable. Our safety evaluation is enclosed.
As per paragraph 2.C.(7) of your license this modification must be installed prior to restart from your current refueling outage.
