N In Re: Florida Power Corporation Crystal River Nuclear Generating Plant Docket No. 50-302 Enclosed are three (3) originals and nineteen (19) conformed copies of Amend-ment No. 32 to the Application for Licenses for Crystal River Unit #3 Nuclear Generating Plant. Also enclosed are an additional eighty-one (81) copies for a total of 103 copies as previously furnished for your distribution.
Amendment No. 32 consists of revised pages to the Final Safety Analysis Report and Supplement No.1 contained therein.
Specifically, these revisions contain responses to all questions in the Request for Additional Information and all Regulatory Position Statements made in Mr. A. Schwencer's letter of September 1,1973; responses to questions 5.35, 9.20(f), 9.20(g) and 14.38 of the Request for Additional Information made in Mr. Schwencer's letter of July ll, 1973; and response es qt estion 14.27 of the Request for Additional Information made in Mr. Schwenc<tr'r letter of April 27, 1973. In addition to tha above responsea, Amendment No. 32 contains revised pages to include reference of the Gilbert Associates, Inc. Report, Effects of High Energy Piping System Breaks Outside Reactor Building, Crystal River Unit #3, dated October 1,1973, in re-sponse to Mr. A. Giambusso's letter of December 15, 1972. The Amendment also contains revised pages to reflect design changes in the Low Pressure Injection System.
