APPIDAVIT OP WILLIAM G. DEMPLHR I, William G. Dempler, being first duly sworn on cath depose and state the following:
1.
I am System Planning Engineer of Duquesne Light Company.
2.
On July 27, 1972, at a meeting of the CAPCO Planning Committee (designated in the minutes of that meeting as CAPCO Planning Committee Meeting #24) I distributed certain questionnaires to employees of Ohio Edison Company, The Toledo Edison Company, The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and Pennsylvania Power Company.
3.
These questionnaires were never returned to me.
It is my understanding that they were never completed, in whole or in part.
The form of the questiennaire was previously produced.
