LARGE 3REAK SPECTRUM TO DCCL7!ENT THE EXACT MARGINS WITHPl THE ECCS ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA 0F 10 CFR PART 50.a6 - DAVIS-BESSE, UNIT 1 As you know, license condition 2.C.(3)(1) of Facility Operating License No. hPF-3, issued for Davis-Cesse, Unit 1 on April 22, 1977 recuires in part, that within six months from issuance of said license, the Toledo Edison Company shall provide additional supporting analyses for the large break spectrun to document the exact margins within the Eracrqency Core Cooling System acceptance criteria of 10 CFR Part 50.46.

- and the staff discussed the additional large break s;'ectrum required to meet license condition 2.C.(3)(1 ).
At this meeting, the Toledo Edison Company and the Babcock and Milcox Cenpany were advised that the large break analyses required (using the latest staff model as approved by the staff and wholly in conformance with 10 CFR Part 50.46 and Appendix K) are as follows:
