of this report requires that you address Section 6 of our evaltation of B/,N-10003, Revision 4 provided in the enclosure to this letter.

In order to maintain our licensing schedule, we will need your responses to Section 6 of the enclosure by Deccaber 31, 1975.

If you canrot cect the responso date, please infom us within seven (7) days after receipt of this letter so that we : rf revise our scheduling.
