Uith reference to our letter of Februsry 3,1972, concerning the incpection perfor=cd on Janusry 11 - 12, 1972, we understood that you intended to ce=plete an investigation effort to deter =ine the cause of a series of low concrete strength test recults and that the investigation would include a review of the physical as well as the chc=ical aspects of concrete production. Wo also understood the re:ults of the investigation would be docu=cated. Subscquent to the incpection, our inspector indicated a need for a copy of the docu= nted results of the investigation.
