Reactor Inspection and Enforcement Branch Division of compliance TCLIDO IDISON CGEpAME (D&VIS-BESSE) - DOCERT NO. 50-346 The enclosed report of the initial % inspection of the subject facility is transmitted for information. Compliance found that the applicant has developed and placed in effect a quality assurance program which conforms to Appendix B to 10 CFR 50. and the coursituents in the application.
Presamt manning is minimal, although apparently adequate for the current status of the project. Additional personnel are to be assigned on what appears to be a realistic schedule. Compliance will====in= this subject during the continuing inspection program.
