Attached please find five copies of " Davis-Besse Performance Testing and Equipment Qualification Report No.1061" dated October 26, 1976, revised November 9,1976 and " Reactor Protection System Noise Testing" witich are referenced on Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1 FSAR pages 8-21 and 8-21a(2) respectively. These reports provide the results of the electrical interference and noise testing which has been performed on the Safety Features Actuation System and the Reactor Protection System.
This information completes our commitments as referenced in Item 5 of your November 16, 1976 letter concerning " Summary of Electrical Site Visit at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1 on October 6, 7 and 8, 1976".
