Your letter of July 27,1973 requested that we review the control circuits of the DaFis-Besse T
Nuclear Power Station Containment Ventilation System Isolation Valves to determine
/
whether the failure of a single control switch could result in the simultaneous failure of redundant containment purge valves.
A review of these control circuits has been made with the finding confirming that the control circuits for each of the containment purge isolation valves incorporate individual control switches for each valve thereby precluding the simultaneous failure of the redundant valves as described in your !ctter.
