Peltier Requested Completion Date: January 3, 1973 Description of Responset Acceptance Review Evaluation Report Review Status: Complete We have reviewed the " Environmental Report - Operating License Stage" and Section 16 Technical Specifications of the proposed Davis-Besse Pinal Safety Analysis Report. Since the " Environmental Report - Operating License Stage" is unchanged frota the construction stage report, it is acceptable and its deficiencies have been identified intthe Draft Environmental Statement. Although Section 16 does not contain any non-radiological environmental technical specifi-cations, it is acceptable since the present regulations do not presently require these specifications in Section 16. The applicant should be notified that approved non-radiological technical specifi-cations will be required prior to issuance of an operating license.
The applicant should also forward results of preoperational monitor-ing activities as these results are available.
