This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. R. D. Martin
of this office on June 30 - July 2, 1976, of activittaa at
Davis-Besse Unit 1 Construction Site authorized by Construction
Permit No. CPPR-80 and to the discussion of our findings with
Mr. Evane at the conclusion of the inspection.
The emelosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas
a m rtnad during the inspection. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of a salastive aw==4n=eion of procedures
and representatire records, observations, and intarviews with
personnel.
No itame of naara=yliance with NEC requirements were iden-
tified during the course of this inspection.
In assordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of
Practise," Part 2. Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a
copy of this latter and the analamed inspection report will
be placed in the NBC's Public Document Room, except as fe11a==e.
