I Pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2, we are withholding the information provided in the Enclosure to this letter from public inspection. Withholding froa public inspection shall not affect the right, if any, of ;,ersons properly and directly concerned to inspect the information provided in the inclosure to this letter.
The Enclosure to this letter trovides staff comentary based on its review of Revision 6 changes to the DB-1 industrial security plan which will affect your response to 10 CFR Part 73.5$ which you must submit not later than Fay 26, 1977.
