Dear Mr. Rusche:
Under separate cover, we are transmitting Amendment No. 41 to the Appli-cation for Licenses for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
This Amendment consists of Revision 1 to the General Information portion of the Application. Three (3) original copies of the transmittal sheet are included together with fifteen (15) copies of Revision 1 to the General Information portion of the Application.
This revision was prepared primarily to reflect the current proportions of ownership now held by The Toledo Edison Company and The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company in regards to Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit 1.
The opportunity was also taken to generally update the remainder of the General Information portion of the Application, in-cluding an update of the directors and principle officers of Toledo Edison and Cleveland Electric Illuminating and the personnel to whom communications are requested to be sent. A revised Table I, relating to estimated operating costs for the first five years of operation, is also included in the revision.
